Welcome to Wleti. These Terms and Conditions explain the rules for using our website and buying from us. When you visit our website or place an order, you agree to follow these rules. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

1. Using Our Website

By using our website, you agree that:

• You will not copy our content or images without our permission
• You will give us correct and honest information when you place an order
• You will not use someone else's name or details without their permission

If we find that you are misusing our website, we have the right to block you from using it in the future.

2. Products and Prices

We try our best to show our jackets clearly, with real photos and accurate descriptions. However, please note:

• Colors may look slightly different on different screens
• Sizes may feel slightly different depending on body type and fit preference
• We may change prices at any time, but the price you agreed to at checkout is the price you pay
• We may remove or update any product at any time without prior notice

Prices shown on the website may change based on the currency you choose. The final price is always the one shown on your WhatsApp order confirmation.

3. Placing an Order

When you place an order on our website, here is what happens:

• Your order details are sent to us through WhatsApp with a unique order ID
• Our team reviews the details and contacts you to confirm the order
• The order is only confirmed once we reply and you approve the details
• If we cannot fulfill your order for any reason, we will inform you and cancel it

We have the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraud, if the address is wrong, or if the product is out of stock.

4. Payment

All orders are placed on a Cash on Delivery basis. This means:

• You do not pay anything when you place the order
• You pay in cash when your jacket is delivered to your door
• You must pay the full amount to the delivery person before receiving the parcel
• If you refuse to accept or pay for the parcel, we may not accept future orders from you

We do not store any card details and we do not accept advance payment through the website at this time.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to the address you provide at checkout. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct. If the address is wrong or incomplete, delivery may be delayed.

• Standard delivery time is usually 3 to 7 working days, depending on your location
• Delivery times can be longer during busy seasons or public holidays
• Shipping is free for all orders, no matter which country you order from
• If your parcel is lost or damaged on the way, please contact us and we will help you

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Here is our simple return policy:

• You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your jacket
• The jacket must be unused, unworn, and with all original tags attached
• Please send us photos of the issue if the jacket is damaged or wrong
• Once we receive the returned jacket and check it, we will issue a refund or exchange
• You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the mistake was ours

Refunds are usually processed within 5 to 10 working days after we receive the returned item.

7. Your Account

At this time, our website does not require you to create an account to place an order. Your cart and currency choice are saved on your own device.

If we add account features in the future, you will be responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity on your account.

8. Our Content and Images

All text, photos, logos, and designs on this website belong to Wleti. You may not copy, reuse, or reproduce any of it for any purpose without our written permission.

If you wish to use our images for a review, blog, or social media post, please credit us and let us know. We are usually happy to say yes.

9. Our Responsibility

We work hard to make sure our website works well and our products are as described. However, we are not responsible for:

• Delays caused by the delivery company, customs, or events outside our control
• Slight differences in color that appear because of your screen
• Any loss or damage caused by using our website in a way it was not meant to be used

Our maximum responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If there is any disagreement between you and us, we will first try to solve it by talking. If that does not work, the matter will be handled under Pakistani law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of the page. The new terms will apply from that date onwards. It is your responsibility to check this page once in a while.

If you continue to use our website after we update the terms, it means you accept the new version.
